In order to improve the service ability of sales team and to make customers know more details of products, the international sales department of Guanding company held the “first product knowledge competition” on August 12,2017. The competition involves four parts: company introduction, products introduction, factory introduction and team knowledge response.

     In the first round of the company’s introduction session, the contestants describe the company’s vision of “becoming a global and respected equipment manufacturer” in English. Also, they explained the enterprise spirit of “ professional star state, conscience quality”. Contestants treated the judges and audience as their target customers and won the applause for themselves.

     In the product introduction part, each competitor introduced the three model(Straight brachial GTBZ20, curved arm GTZZ15, cut fork type GTJZ1012) from many aspects, like design features, loading and etc.. At the same time, the company are using a work simulation exercises to assess job competency.

For the factory introduction, all the competitors led the judge guests visit the factory. Meanwhile, they gave a detailed explanation of the production line of the cutting fork, arm height working platform and each position. Judge guest test the players’ ability about strain capacity and improvisation through a series of professional, meticulous and tricky questions.

The company sees this competition as an opportunity to encourage their staffs have a motive to learning and working on product knowledge, professional skills so that serve customers better.
